售后故障数据驱动的家用空调零部件现场可靠性改进方法

基于家用空调售后服务信息中所蕴含的反映空调零部件现场可靠性的售后故障数据信息,提出了一种基于售后故障数据驱动和应用失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)改进家用空调零部件现场可靠性.首先给出了从售后服务信息中挖掘零部件售后故障数据的相关标准、流程和数据处理方法;其次,基于售后故障数据估计零部件的现场故障率,进而确定现场可靠性改进的对象;最后,以某型家用挂壁式空调为应用研究案例,基于挖掘得到的售后故障数据的零部件现场故障率估计结果,确定以室外电控主板为改进对象,给出了应用 FMEA改进其现场可靠性的完整过程.文章给出的方法具有一般性,不仅可有效指导家用空调现场可靠性的改进,也对冰箱、洗衣机和热水器等家电产品现场可靠性的改进具有借鉴意义.
Field reliability improvement methodology of home air-conditioning parts driven by service failure data
In order to make full use of the abundant data reflecting the field reliability of air-conditioning components contained in the after-sales service information,an impro-ving field reliability methodology driven by service fault data and applying FMEA is pro-posed.Firstly,the relevant standards,processes and data processing methods of mining service fault data are given.Secondly,the field failure rates of components based on service failure data are estimated,and then the object component of field reliability im-provement is determined.Finally,a certain type of home wall-mounted air conditioner is used as an application study case.Based on the estimated results of component service fail-ure rate,the outdoor electronic control board is determined as the improvement object,and the complete process of applying FMEA to improve its field reliability is given.This methodology can effectively guide the field reliability improvement of air conditioners.Be-cause of its generality,it also has reference for improving the field reliability of household appliances such as refrigerators,washing machines and water heaters.
