Analysis and improvement of high-frequency abnormal noise of gas-liquid separator
Aiming at 1 208 Hz abnormal noise from the gas-liquid separator of the out-door unit of the air conditioner, based on the modal test and simulation theory, the modal test and simulation analysis of the internal pipeline of the gas-liquid separator are carried out.The study results show that the abnormal noise is caused by the local resonance of the fixed plate and the internal pipeline. The natural frequency difference between modal test and simulation is only 6 Hz,and the modal shapes are consistent. The finite element model has high accuracy, which can be used to guide the optimization of the scheme and shorten the verification cycle. The fixed plate adopts flanging design, and two fixed plates are added at the weak part of the internal pipeline. The natural frequency of the gas-liquid separator effectively avoids the excitation frequency of 1 208 Hz.So that the noise value of the outdoor unit is reduced from 67.6 dB(A)to 66.5 dB(A),and the peak value at 1 208 Hz is reduced from 60.76 dB(A)to 35.46 dB(A).The high-frequency abnormal noise disappears and the improvement effect is significant.
