Performance test method and common problems analysis for automobile air conditioning compressors
Based on GB/T 21360-2018 Refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioning and GB/T 5773-2016 The method of performance test for positive dis-placement refrigerant compressors,as well as the author's long-term practical experi-ence.The preliminary preparation,test process and matters needing attention for the per-formance test of automobile air conditioning compressors are introduced,and it is pointed out that standard operation can ensure the reliability and stability of compressor perform-ance test.This research aims at providing references for the personnel in terms of design,manufacture and test of automobile air conditioning compressors.
