某康养社区暖通设计与反思

摘要
随着老龄化人口的增加,康养、医养项目逐年增多,文章介绍了某多楼栋、多业态医养结合项目的暖通空调系统,并对项目运行 3 年过程中运营方反馈的典型问题进行总结,以期对养老、康养、医养项目的暖通空调设计提供一定指导和借鉴.该项目在室内设计参数、冷热源选型、系统划分、业态计量等方面的策略在复合型养老项目中较为典型,可作为同类项目的设计参考,运营中发现的典型问题,也希望引起同行的思考.
Abstract
With the aging of the population,there are more and more health care and medical care projects.This paper introduces the HVAC system of a multi-storey and multi-business medical care project,and summarizes the typical problems feedback from the operators during the three-year operation of the project,in order to provide certain guidance and reference for the HVAC design of pension,health care and medical care pro-jects.The project's strategies in the aspects of interior design parameters,cold and heat source selection,system division,and business measurement are relatively typical in com-pound pension projects,which can be used as a reference for the design of similar projects.The typical problems found in operation are also expected to arouse the thinking of peers.
