基于模糊神经网络PID算法的磁悬浮变频离心式冷水机组蒸发器出水温度控制

采用传统PID算法对磁悬浮变频离心式冷水机组蒸发器出水温度进行控制时常出现超调量过高、滞后时间过长等缺点.为此,本文在传统PID算法的基础上,提出一种模糊神经网络PID算法调节蒸发器出水温度.试验结果表明:模糊神经网络PID算法对蒸发器出水温度的控制效果更优,能够在降低超调量的基础上,缩短实际出水温度达到设定水温所需要的时间,使磁悬浮变频离心式冷水机组以更加平稳、节能的状态运行.
Evaporator outlet water temperature control of maglev frequency-conversion centrifugal chiller based on fuzzy neural network PID algorithm
When the traditional PID algorithm is used to control the evaporator outlet water temperature of maglev frequency-conversion centrifugal chiller,it is prone to occur excessive overshoots,long time-lag and other drawbacks.In order to resolve these prob-lems,a fuzzy neural network PID algorithm is proposed to adjust the evaporator outlet water temperature on the basis of the traditional PID algorithm.The test results show that the fuzzy neural network PID algorithm has better control effect on the evaporator outlet water temperature.It can not only decrease the overshoot,but also make the evaporator outlet water temperature reach the setting temperature in a shorter time,so as to keep the operation of frequency-conversion centrifugal chiller more steady and energy-saving.
