Based on analyzing the current situation of chilled beam in application to do-mestic HVAC system,a new product concept of VAV chilled beam has been develo-ped.By regulating the induction ratio of chilled beam,the applicability in different climate environments is improved.According to the test results of air distribution,the air flow of new VAV chilled beam can create the Coanda Effect in the range of air volume.The local thermal environment dissatisfaction DR is less than 20％,which achieves indoor thermal comfort.
