Vibration analysis and control of ducted air-conditioning unit
The motor abnormal vibration problem of a three-impeller ducted air-condi-tioning unit is analyzed by using vibration test and modal test methods. Two schemes of optimizing the motor damping rubber ring and motor shaft structure are proposed and ver-ified by experiments. The results show that there is vibration mode in the motor vibration isolation system within the fan speed range, which resonates under the excitation of the unbalance introduced by the three-impeller rotor, leading to the motor shake;the hardness of the damping rubber ring is not ideal for the vibration suppression effect of the motor, while the motor with asymmetric axis structure can make vibration reduced from 21.63 mm/s to 3.94 mm/s,effectively solve the problem of motor shake.
