摘要

为解决涡旋式压缩机经济器补气增焓测试时不能同时控制补气压力和补气过热度的问题,结合压缩机性能测试台测试原理,提出用闪发器替代经济器时的补气控制和制冷(热)量计算方法,并进行对比测试验证其可行性.另外,通过闪发器补气增焓测试,分析补气压力和补气过热度对压缩机制冷(热)量和制冷(热)性能系数的影响.结果表明:压缩机制冷(热)量和制冷(热)性能系数随补气压力的增大而增大,随补气过热度的升高而减小;涡旋式压缩机补气增焓性能可通过单个补气状态测试进行评估.

Abstract

The vapor injection pressure and vapor injection superheat usually can not be controlled at the same time during the enhanced vapor injection test of scroll compressor with economizer.In order to solve this problem,based on the test principle of compressor performance test band,the vapor injection control method with a flash-tank replacing e-conomizer and the calculation method of cooling(heating)capacity are proposed.In addi-tion,the influence of vapor injection pressure and vapor injection superheat on cooling(heating)capacity and coefficient of performance for cooling(heating)of compressor is analyzed through the enhanced vapor injection test using flash-tank.The results show that the cooling(heating)capacity and coefficient of performance for cooling(heating)of com-pressor increase with the increase of vapor injection pressure,and decrease with the in-crease of vapor injection superheat.The enhanced vapor injection performance evaluation of scroll compressor can be conducted by a single vapor injection condition test.
