针对某型挖掘机市场作业出现高温限扭问题,进行厂内热平衡试验研究.试验油耗百分比、扭矩百分比与市场高度相同,具备一致性、再现性.考虑隔热封板开裂引发热风回流所致,故试验方案设计为拆卸隔热封板、安装隔热封板和加装隔热棉.方案一水散、油散进气与环境的温差分别为 8.8℃、9.7℃,大于限值5℃,吻合市场测试结果,经TRNSYS模拟验证,市场高温限扭问题定性为热风回流引起热平衡超标.而方案二、方案三虽有所改进,但热平衡仍未达标.采用更换 7 叶风扇以及增大机舱散热面积为 0.32 m2 进行热风回流优化,超标温度降至 0.4℃、0.5℃,热平衡达标,风速、噪声也得到相应改善,从根本解决高温限扭问题.
Analysis and optimization of hot air return in excavator cooling system
In view of the high temperature torque limiting problem of an excavator un-der market conditions,an in plant heat balance test was conducted.The test fuel con-sumption percentage and torque percentage are the same as those in the market,with con-sistency and reproducibility.Considering the problem of hot air backflow caused by the cracking of the heat insulation sealing plate,the test plan is designed to remove the heat insulation sealing plate,install the heat insulation sealing plate and add heat insulation cotton.In Scheme I,the temperature difference between the inlet air of water dispersion and oil dispersion and the environment is 8.8℃and 9.7℃respectively,which is greater than the limit value of 5℃,which is consistent with the market test results.After TRN-SYS simulation verification,the problem of high temperature torsion limit in the market is characterized as that the heat balance exceeds the standard due to hot air reflux.Al-though Scheme Ⅱ and Scheme Ⅲ have been improved,the heat balance is still not up to standard.The hot air return is optimized by replacing the 7-blade fan and increasing the cooling area of the engine room to 0.32 m2.The excessive temperature is reduced to 0.4℃and 0.5℃,the heat balance is up to standard,and the wind speed and noise are also im-proved accordingly.The problem of high temperature torque limitation has been funda-mentally solved.
