摘要

对两种不同的闭式热泵干燥系统分别在以 R22、R134a、R245fa、R1224yd(Z)、R1234ze(E)为制冷剂进行系统性能分析,通过 EES软件分析冷凝温度、蒸发温度、旁通率、干燥室空气入口温度、干燥室空气入口相对湿度对两种系统除湿能耗量(SMER)、性能系数(COP值)的影响变化规律得到两种系统均在采用工质 R245fa时,其性能最好;系统采用带补气能提升系统性能.

Abstract

The system performance of two different closed heat pump drying systems using R22,R134a,R245fa,R1224yd(Z),R1234ze(E)as refrigerants is analyzed.By ana-lyzing the influence of condensation temperature,evaporation temperature,by-pass rate,drying chamber air inlet temperature,drying chamber air inlet relative humidity on dehu-midification energy consumption(SMER)and performance coefficient(COP)of the two systems by using EES software,it is concluded that the two systems have the best per-formance when using working medium R245fa.The performance of the system can be in-creased by using belt replenishment gas.
