以 R1234yf制冷剂为例,对运输用制冷机组性能实验室的环境间和量热箱进行防爆升级和设计,主要包括制冷剂探测仪的选型、紧急排风量的计算、新风和排风系统的设计以及控制系统的设计.通过模拟量热箱内外 R1234yf制冷剂泄漏验证防爆系统的控制逻辑和可靠性,结果表明,升级之后试验台可靠性高、安全性好、运行效率高、设计合理,能够满足弱可燃制冷剂的测试需求和安全使用要求.
Explosion-proof system design and test verification of performance laboratory for mechanical transport refrigeration units based on lower flammable refrigerant test
Taking R1234yf as an example,the explosion-proof upgrade and design of the test room and calorimeter box of the performance laboratory for mechanical transport refrigeration units are carried out,which mainly includes the selection of refrigerant moni-tor,the calculation of emergency exhaust air volume,the design of fresh air and exhaust air system,and the design of control system.The control logic and reliability of the explo-sion-proof system are verified by simulating the R1234yf refrigerant leakage inside and outside of the calorimeter box.The results show that the upgraded test bench has high re-liability,good safety,high operation efficiency and reasonable design,which can meet test and safe use requirements of lower flammable refrigerant.
