摘要

通过对嘉兴某大型玻纤生产企业节能改造项目——玻纤拉丝成型区空调回风利用进行方案设计和节能效果评价,结果表明:在 6-9 月采用空调回风系统运行时,4 个月的节能率分别为 24.3%、29.96%、29.56%和 17.40%.结合企业生产线采用的冷水机组夏季制冷工况平均能效比和电费标准,通过计算得到6-9 月采用空调回风利用系统 4 个月的净收益约为 125 万元.该项目的设备投资约为 180 万元,预计一年半能回收投资成本.

Abstract

Through the energy-saving renovation project of a large glass fiber produc-tion enterprise in Jiaxing-Scheme design and energy-saving effect evaluation of recirculated air from air conditioning system utilization in glass fiber drawing department,The results indicated that when using the air-conditioning return air system to operate from June to September,the four-month energy-saving rates were 24.3%,29.96%,29.56%and 17.40%respectively.Combined with the average energy efficiency ratio and electricity rate standard of the chiller in summer cooling conditions used in the production line of the en-terprise,according to the calculation,the four-month net income of using the air-condi-tioning return air utilization system from June to September is about 1.25 million yuan.The equipment investment of this project is about 1.8 million yuan,and the invest-ment cost is expected to be recovered in one and a half years.
