摘要

结合磁悬浮轴承、高速永磁电机、高频矢量变频器、高效流体机械等核心技术,开发一款小型磁悬浮离心式制冷剂压缩机,并进行性能测试.结果表明,压缩机性能良好、运行范围宽、可实现快速重启,其断电自发电功能可以在突然断电时保护磁轴承.该制冷剂压缩机可应用于中小冷量的舒适性制冷空调领域.

Abstract

A small maglev centrifugal refrigerant compressor is developed by integrat-ing core technologies such as magnetic bearing,high-speed permanent magnet motor,high-frequency vector frequency inverter,and high-efficiency fluid machinery,and the performance test is performed.The results show that the compressor has good perfor-mance and wide operating range,and it can achieve fast restart.Also,its self-generation function can protect magnetic bearing when power-off occurs.This refrigerant compressor can be widely used in the field of comfortable refrigeration and air-conditioning with small and medium-sized cooling capacity.
