风管送风式空调机组装配期间存在风叶装反及电机挡位线接反的装配异常隐患,且目前在线检测过程中尚无针对此类装配异常的可靠检测方法.为排除此类装配异常,从失效机制分析出发,经过方案可行性研究,确定通过检测机组运行电流判断风叶装反及电机挡位线接反的方案.通过研究此类装配异常及其他因素对机组运行电流的影响程度,确定电流检测判断方案,并验证其可靠性,为产品生产防错防呆提供保障.
Current detection techniques of abnormal assembly for ducted air-conditioning units
There is a hidden danger of abnormal assembly during the assembly of ducted air-conditioning units,such as reverse installation of fan blades and reverse connec-tion of speed level lines of electromotor.While there is currently no reliable detection method for such abnormal assembly in the online inspection process.To eliminate such ab-normal assembly,starting from the analysis on the failure mechanism,and after feasibi-lity study on the scheme,it is determined to perform the scheme of detecting the opera-ting current of unit to determine the reverse installation of fan blades and the reverse con-nection of speed level lines of electromotor.By studying the impact of such abnormal as-sembly and other factors on the operating current of unit,a judgment scheme by current detection is determined,and its reliability is verified,supporting error prevention and foolproof of production.
