综合部分负荷性能系数测量不确定度分析

利用间接测量量的不确定度理论,建立空调产品综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)合成不确定度计算模型,以某型号低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组为例,对其IPLV测量结果的测量不确定度进行分析,结果表明:功率测量引入的B类标准不确定度对IPLV的影响较大,其次是进/出水温度和水流量测量因素,IPLV的A类标准不确定度对合成标准不确定度的影响可以忽略;空调产品IPLV的测试需要重点关注仪器仪表的精度,较高精度的仪器仪表能够有效降低空调产品IPLV的测量不确定度.
Test uncertainty of integrated part load value (IPLV)
Based on the uncertainty theory of indirect measurement quantity,the un-certainty calculation model of integrated part load value (IPLV)of air-conditioning prod-ucts is established.The uncertainty of IPLV measurement is analyzed based on a low am-bient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling)packages.The results show that Type B standard uncertainty from power measurement has a greater influence on IPLV,followed by inlet and outlet water temperature measurement and water flow measure-ment.The influence of the Type A standard uncertainty of IPLV on the combined standard uncertainty can be neglected.In the IPLV measurement of air-conditioning prod-ucts,it should pay more attention on the accuracy of instrumentation,as higher accuracy of instrumentation can effectively reduce the measurement uncertainty of IPLV of air-con-ditioning products.
