医用冷藏箱温湿度控制的设计改进

以容积为1099 L双开门医用冷藏箱(仅对箱内温度控制)为研究对象,通过合理匹配变频压缩机和可调速蒸发器风机,增加定期热气除霜,对冷藏箱进行改造,并进行试验验证.结果表明:改进后的冷藏箱稳定运行(非除霜期)时,箱内温度可稳定在4.0~5.5℃,相对湿度可稳定在45%~55%.
Design improvement on temperature and humidity control of medical refrigerator
A medical refrigerator with double doors and a volume of 1099 L,which only controls the temperature inside the refrigerator,is taken as the research object. Through reasonably matching the variable frequency compressor and the adjustable speed evaporator fan,as well as adding the regular hot gas defrosting,the transformation and test verification on the refrigerator are conducted.The results show that when the improved refrigerator operates stably not including defrosting period,the temperature in the box can be stabilized at 4.0-5.5 ℃,and the relative humidity can be stabilized at 45%-55%.
