Analysis of absorption heat pump poor and rich amine liquid heat exchanger based on flue gas CO2 capture system
Coal-fired power plants are a concentrated source of CO2 emissions, and the study of CO2 emission control and recovery technology in coal-fired power plants is an im-portant task at present. In the recovery process of CO2 chemical absorption method in the flue gas of coal-fired power plants, the temperature of the poor liquid can only be lowered to about 65 ℃ after the heat exchange of the rich and poor liquids. It is necessary to reduce the temperature of the poor liquid to 40 ℃ to 45 ℃ through condensate in order to be re-cycled.On the other hand, the temperature of the rich liquid can only be raised to about 85 ℃.However,it is necessary to be heated up to more than 100 ℃ in order to precipitate CO2,which causes a large amount of waste of energy. In this work, the absorption heat pump poor and rich amine liquid heat exchanger is added to the CO2 capture system. The thermal and physical properties of the working material is analyzed. The thermal calcula-tion of the heat pump unit is carried out and the optimal results is output. The heat load calculation and calibration of each link of the unit is calculated. The required heat transfer area of each link is measured, too. Finally, the thermal analysis of the factors those affect the performance coefficient of the absorption heat pump are discussed. The effect of each factor on the absorption heat pump poor liquid heat exchanger is obtained. The effect dia-grams of the influence of various factors on the absorption heat pump are plotted.
