[Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for resistance breeding and application on floribunda roses, [Method] Through the different cryogenic freezing treatment of annnal branches of florilmnda roses, their physiological characteristics of cold resistance were determined and compared. [Result] The results showed that water loss rate in branches and permeability of plasma membrane were rising, and the contents of free proline and soluble protein changed in an up-down trend with the failing of temperature during low temperature treatment. And the order of cold hardness from strong to weak was： Aeropolis〉Euphoria〉Direeteur Rijnveld〉Goldmarie 82〉Freedom〉Bonica. [Conclusion] The six cultivars all adapt cultivation and application on our area.
