[目的]为丰花月季的抗性育种和推广应用提供理论依据。[方法]通过对6个最新引进的丰花月季品种一年生枝条在不同低温状态下进行冷冻处理,进行抗寒性生理指标测定。[结果]随着冷冻温度的降低,6个品种枝条失水率和原生质膜透性增加,游离脯氨酸含量及可溶性蛋白含量先增加后减少。可得出6个品种抗寒性顺序为雅典卫城〉陶醉〉莱茵河〉金玛丽〉自由〉伯尼卡。[结论]6个品种均适应该地区栽培应用。
tudy on Cold Resistance of Floribunda Roses
[Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for resistance breeding and application on floribunda roses, [Method] Through the different cryogenic freezing treatment of annnal branches of florilmnda roses, their physiological characteristics of cold resistance were determined and compared. [Result] The results showed that water loss rate in branches and permeability of plasma membrane were rising, and the contents of free proline and soluble protein changed in an up-down trend with the failing of temperature during low temperature treatment. And the order of cold hardness from strong to weak was: Aeropolis〉Euphoria〉Direeteur Rijnveld〉Goldmarie 82〉Freedom〉Bonica. [Conclusion] The six cultivars all adapt cultivation and application on our area.
