红花草莓'俏佳人'与白花品种'佐贺清香'杂交后代性状调查

[目的]改良重要性状,培育观赏兼食用的红花草莓新品种.[方法]通过红花草莓品种'俏佳人'(花深粉色)与栽培品种'佐贺清香'(花白色)进行杂交,改良红花草莓的果实等重要性状.[结果]以'俏佳人'为父本的结实率(60.0%)高于其作为母本时的32.3%;后代花色虽发生分离,但均浅于'俏佳人';后代的果实形状变化较大,有的果实品质、大小等性状显著优于红花亲本.[结论]从后代中筛选出观赏兼食用的红花草莓新种质,如株系1-31、2-23等,花色鲜艳、果实品质优良.
The Characteristics of Hybrids from the Cross of Red-flowered cv'Pretty Beauty'and White-flowered cv'Sagahonoka' in strawberry
[Objective]To improve the important traits and breed novel red-flowered strawberry cultivars with ornamental flowers and edible fruits.[Method]The red-flowered strawberry cultivar'Pretty Beauty' was used to cross with white-flowered cultivated cultivar'Sagahonoka'to improve its fruit size and fruit quality.[Result]The fruit-setting rate of'Pretty Beauty'as male parent(60.0%)was higher than it as female parent(32.3%).The flower color was segregated in their hybrid offspring,but lighter than the flower color of'Pretty Beauty';And the fruit shape of the hybrids varied greatly.The fruit characteristics of some hybrids were significantly superior to red -flowered parent. [Conclusion] The novel red -flowered strawberry germplasms with ornamental flower and edible fruit were seclected such as 1-31 and 2-23.
