摘要

[目的]探讨蚯蚓粪肥对大葱生长及品质的影响.[方法]以郑研丰葱为试材,通过沟施不同量的蚯蚓粪肥,研究蚯蚓粪肥施用量对大葱生长发育、品质及产量的影响.[结果]在施用 7 500 kg/hm2 蚯蚓粪+1 500 kg/hm2 化肥时,大葱的葱白最长,株高最高,在施用 15 000 kg/hm2 蚯蚓粪+1 500 kg/hm2 化肥时,大葱葱白粗和单株重最高,且小区产量也最高;施用不同量的蚯蚓粪,均提高了大葱蛋白质、维生素C和硝酸盐含量,改善了大葱品质,以施用 15 000 kg/hm2 蚯蚓粪+1 500 kg/hm2 化肥效果最好.[结论]在促进大葱生长和增产增收方面,施用 15 000 kg/hm2 蚯蚓粪+1 500 kg/hm2化肥是最佳施肥方案.

Abstract

[Objective]The aim was to explore the effects of earthworm manure on the growth and quality of welsh onion.[Method]With Zhengyanfeng welsh onion as test material,the effects of different amounts of earthworm manure on the growth,quality and yield of welsh onion were studied by furrow application.[Result]When applying 7 500 kg/hm2 earthworm manure+1 500 kg/hm2 chemical fertilizer,welsh onion had the longest white onion and the highest plant height.When applying 15 000 kg/hm2 earthworm manure+1 500 kg/hm2 chemical fertilizer,welsh onion had the highest white thickness,single plant weight and plot yield.The application of different amounts of earthworm manure increased the contents of protein,vitamin C and nitrate in welsh onion,and improved the quality of welsh onion.The application of 15 000 kg/hm2 earthworm manure+ 1 500 kg/hm2 chemical fertilizer had the best effect.[Conclusion]The application of 15 000 kg/hm2 earthworm manure +1 500 kg/hm2 chemical fertilizer was the best fertilization scheme in promoting the growth and increasing yield and income of welsh onion.
