Scutellaria baicalensis is a perennial plant in Labiatae family.It is a kind of herbal medicine commonly used in China.As a suitable and eugenic area for various traditional Chinese medicinal materials,Yulin city provide standardized cultivation techniques for local growers.From the aspects of biological characteristics,cultivation techniques,field management,harvesting,yield and benefits were discussed.It would provide reference for the standardized production of S.scutellaria.
