Effects of Different Salt Ion Stresson Betacyanin in Suaeda salsa Seedlings
[Objective]The changes of beanthene in the seedlings of Suaeda salsa were detected by different concentration of salt ion stress treatment, and the physiological mechanism of S.salsa was studied.[Method]This study used different concentrations of salt ion stress to treat betacyanin, absorbance was measured at 538 nm by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.[Result]The content of betaine in S.salsa seedlings was determined, when the concentration of CaCl2 was 10 mmol/L,the content of betacyanin was the highest(12.1 mg/(g·FW),but as the concentration of CaCl2 further increased, betacyanincontent decreased;as the concentration of NaCl increases, the content of betacyanin gradually increases, when the concentration was higher than 300 mmol/L,the content of betacyanin reached 11.3 mg/(g·FW);MgCl2 and KCl change with different concentrations, betacyanin did not exceed the control group, appropriate amount of CaCl2 and NaCl salt ion stress is beneficial to the growth of betacyanin content,MgCl2 and KCl inhibited the formation of betacyanin in S.salsa seedlings.[Conclusion]It would provide reference for the study of physiological synthesis mechanism of beanthene in S.salsa seedlings.
