The peony garden in Jiyuan city is a leisure tourism destination for repairing the suburban ecosystem and improving the living environment.The scenic area is mainly composed of peonies,supplemented by flower seas,and has rich vegetation resources.By analyzing the current development status of scenic spots,strategies were provided for the development of plant science popularization tourism in scenic spots.By fully utilizing the plant resources in scenic spots,different forms of plant science popularization projects and activities were carried out,the function of agricultural science popularization education was exerted,the connotation of tourism products was enriched,and the sustainable development of the peony garden in Jiyuan city was promoted.
