Relations Between Active Ingredient Content and Soil Factors of Schisandra chinensis
[Objective]The aim was to explore the correlation between the content of active ingredients and soil factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for rational fertilization in the process of Schisandra chinensis cultivation.[Method]Five lignans in S.chinensis fruit were determined by HPLC.Soil samples were detected by soil fertilizer rapid tester and enzyme activity detection kit.Spearman correlation analysis, principal component analysis Cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis were used to explore the characteristics of climate factors and the correlation between five lignans and soil factors.[Result]The increased activities of available potassium, organic matter, sucrase and urease in soil played a positive role in promoting the formation and accumulation of active ingredients of S.chinensis, but the increased content of available phosphorus had a negative effect on the formation ofactive ingredients of S.chinensis.[Conclusion]The content of available potassium and organic matter in soil can promote the accumulation of lignans in S.chinensis fruit to a certain extent. The application of potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer within a reasonable range can improve the quality of S.chinensis to a certain extent, which requires subsequent confirmatory tests.
