With the increasing prosperity of China's fruit market and the continuous improvement of people's economic income,people have put forward higher requirements for fruit quality.Therefore,fruit tree production has gradually changed from yield-based to quality-based.This paper summarized the problems existing in the production of fruit trees in China,analyzed the regulation of environment and nutrition on fruit quality,and discussed how to improve fruit quality by fruit tree cultivation techniques,in order to clarify the relationship between fruit tree cultivation techniques and fruit quality,so as to improve fruit quality.
