Traditional Chinese medicine industry had become the foundational industry in green economic society of eastern Liaoning.This paper systematically reviewed the current status of genuine medicinal materials industry in green economic society of eastern Liaoning.The problems existing in the development of genuine medicinal materials industry were pointed out.Some strategic countermeasures for improving traditional Chinese medicine industry were proposed from multiple angles in order to provide references for a sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in eastern Liaoning.
