Market Consumption Status and Development Suggestions of Edible Fungi in Liaocheng Area
[Objective]To understand the development status of edible fungi consumption market in Liaocheng area.[Method]Questionnaire survey and field investigation were carried out on the variety demand,consumption channel,price and other factors.[Result]The survey results showed that the most popular varieties of edible fungi were shiitake mushroom,black fungus,enoki mushroom,oyster mushroom,etc.The main places for consumers to buy edible mushroom products were supermarkets,and the most important factor for consumers to buy edible mushroom products was quality and safety.[Conclusion]Liaocheng edible mushroom market has a broad prospect.Expanding consumption channels,improving product quality and paying attention to technological innovation are the important ways to increase mushroom farmers'income and stimulate consumption.
