With the continuous optimization and adjustment of the national agricultural strategy structure,the development of agricultural characteristic industries in the new era has broad prospects and important significance.Based on the analysis of the development situation of Shenyang's agricultural characteristic industry,this paper had put forward the main problems such as weak independent innovation ability of agricultural enterprises,few national key agricultural leading enterprises and weak concentration of characteristic industries.The ideas and countermeasures were provided for the future development of Shenyang's agricultural characteristic industry.
