Study on the Relationship Between Yield and Nitrogen Nutrition of Jasmine
[Objective]The research aimed to study the relationship between jasmine yield and soil nitrogen content, plant nitrogen content, and provide scientific basis for nitrogen nutrition management to improve jasmine yield.[Method]Through investigation, sampling, testing and statistical analysis, the relationship between nitrogen nutrition and Jasmine yield in Hengzhou was systematically studied.[Result]The soil total nitrogen content of 1.65-2.45 g/kg and the hydrolysis nitrogen content of 51.20-124.19 mg/kg were the necessary and insufficient conditions for high-yield plots. The content of soil hydrolyzable nitrogen was significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with the content of root, branch, leaf, flower nitrogen and many nutrient elements. However, under the necessary and insufficient conditions of soil hydrolyzable nitrogen content of 51.20-124.19 mg/kg in high-yield plots, there was no significant correlation, indicating that when the content of soil hydrolyzable nitrogen exceeded 124.19 mg/kg,it may be due to the unbalanced absorption of other nutrients caused by the high content of soil hydrolyzable nitrogen. As a result, the content of root, branch, leaf, flower nitrogen and other nutrient elements decreased significantly, which was not conducive to high yield. There was a significant positive correlation between leaf boron content and soil total nitrogen content in jasmine, but there was no significant difference in leaf boron content in high-yield plots.[Conclusion]The contents of soil total nitrogen and hydrolyzable nitrogen in high-yield plots were 1.65-2.45 g/kg and 51.20-124.19 mg/kg,respectively.There was no significant correlation between the content of root, branch, leaf, flower nitrogen and other nutrient elements in high yield land and soil nitrogen content.
