摘要
月季是我国广泛种植的一种园林观赏植物,有着重要的观赏价值和药用价值.文中阐述了月季抗寒性研究过程中相关的分子手段,以及光合特性、渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶、生物膜等生理指标与抗寒性之间的关系,并展望了未来月季抗寒品种选育研究的方向,以期为育种工作者提供一些新思路.
Abstract
Rosa chinensis is a kind of garden ornamental plant widely planted in China,which has important ornamental value and medicinal value.The related molecular methods in the research of cold resistance of rose,as well as the determination of photosynthetic characteristics,osmotic adjustment substances,antioxidant enzymes,biofilms and other physiological indicators were described,and the future research direction of cold resistance breeding of rose was prospected,in order to provide some new ideas for breeding workers.
