Comparative Experiment on Morchella esculenta Planting and the Effect of Returning Bacterial Residue to the Field on Soil Fertility
[Objective]The aim was to study the conditions of planting Morchella esculenta in rice winter fallow field.[Method]Through the comparative experiments on different varieties of M.esculenta, different nutrient package densities, and different cultivation facilities, the varieties, densities and cultivation facilities of M.esculenta suitable for planting in Dongyang city were screened out,and the effect of returning bacterial residue to the field on soil fertility were analyzed.[Result]Among the four varieties,'Liumei'(G5)had high yield, good quality and good commodity, which was the most suitable for planting in Dongyang city. The density of nutrition package was 45000/hm2,and the yield of greenhouse cultivation was more stable than that of simple small arch shed cultivation.Returning the bacterial residue to the field after planting M.esculenta was beneficial for increasing soil nutrients and improving soil fertility.[Conclusion]The economic, social and ecological benefits of rice M.esculenta rotation mode were obvious, which was conducive to the development of green ecological agriculture.
