Thoughts and Suggestions on Comprehensively Improving Liaoning's Grain Pro-duction Capacity
As an important national grain production base,Liaoning had been improving grain production capacity as a starting point to consolidate and expanded its advantages in recent years.We had strictly implemented our responsibility for protecting arable land and food security,and continued to increase support for grain production.Total grain output and yield per unit area had increased steadily,and grain production efficiency had been significantly improved.However,there were still problems such as weak farmland infrastructure,slow increase in grain yield per unit area,inadequate development of agricultural mechanization,and farmers'declining income from grain growing affecting their enthusiasm for grain growing.This paper proposed to further implement the strategy of storing grain in land and Storing grain in technology,improve the level of mechanization in the whole process of grain production,strengthen the policy support of grain production,comprehensively improve the grain production capacity.
