The off-season Lentinula edodes stick in northern China was mainly produced by agricultural method.Through investigation and experimental analysis of raw material selection,pre-humidification degree of wood chips,mixing method,bagging method,atmospheric pressure sterilization procedure and inoculation procedure,the scientific method of agricultural production of L.edodes stick were summarized.The aim was to provide scientific methods for agricultural cultivation of L.edodes,which would provide technical guidance for the majority of farmers.
