摘要

在植物生长发育过程中,由于外界环境的变化所产生的不良影响是非生物胁迫.非生物胁迫的种类很多,文章主要分析了低温和干旱 2 种最常见的情况.研究表明,适当浓度的外源NO对植物生长发育过程中的低温胁迫、干旱胁迫等抗逆境应答有缓解作用.同时阐述了植物NO产生的过程以及NO在植物整个生长期的作用,为今后利用NO缓解植物生长过程中的非生物胁迫提供参考.

Abstract

In the process of plant growth and development,the adverse effects caused by changes in the external environment are abiotic stresses.There are many kinds of abiotic stresses.This paper analyzed the two most common situations of low temperature and drought.Studies have shown that appropriate concentrations of exogenous NO can alleviate stress responses such as low temperature stress and drought stress during plant growth and development.At the same time,the process of plant NO production and the role of NO in the whole growth period of plants were described,which provided a reference for the future use of NO to alleviate abiotic stress during plant growth.
