Effects of Different Cultivation Conditions on the Growth of Aconitum coreanum
[Objective]To solve the problems of wild resource depletion and low yield of artificial cultivation of Aconitum coreanum.[Method]The cultivation cost and yield of different cultivation materials(seeds and roots)of A.coreanum were investigated and compared. The effects of different soil types, slope gradients and early cultivated plants on the growth and yield of A.coreanum were investigated.[Result]The best cultivation material of A.coreanum was seed. The fresh weight of 3-year-old 1 m2 root was 2.00 g,equivalent to 15 000 kg per hectare. The low slope(6°-15°),sandy loam and non-continuous cropping land were selected for the cultivation of A.coreanum.The incidence of waterlogging was low,and the yield per hectare was up to 16 800 kg.[Conclusion]Suitable cultivation conditions can effectively improve growth and yield of A.coreanum.
