摘要
通过多年的栽培实践,笔者从草菇菌种选择、栽培基质选择和处理、接种和出菇管理、采收、病虫害防控等方面总结草菇袋式栽培技术.该技术解决了草菇袋式栽培技术缺乏、产量低、采收不及时等问题,有效提升了草菇袋式栽培标准化和规范化,实现了草菇稳定生产,提高了草菇的品质及商品性.该技术系统操作性强,可用来指导草菇袋式栽培,具有较强的指导意义.
Abstract
Through years of cultivation practice,the author summarized the bag cultivation technology of Volvariella volvacea from the aspects of strain selection,cultivation matrix selection and treatment,inoculation and fruiting management,harvesting,pest control and so on.This technology solves the problems of lack of V.volvacea bag cultivation technology,low yield,untimely harvest,etc.,effectively improves the standardization and standardization of V.volvacea bag cultivation,realizes the stable production of V.volvacea,improves the quality and commodity of V.volvacea.This technology system has strong operability and can be used to guide the bag cultivation of V.volvacea,which has strong guiding significance.
