摘要
[目的]建立露水草生药学鉴定方法.[方法]依据中国药典附录药品标准研究方法对露水草药材的基源、性状、显微和薄层进行鉴别.[结果]露水草药材的性状特征、显微组织及粉末特征明显;药材的乙醇提取物薄层色谱检出与β-蜕皮激素对照品有相应的荧光斑点.[结论]结果可为露水草药材质量标准的制定提供依据.
Abstract
[Objective]To establish a pharmacognostic identification method for Cyanotis arachnoidea.[Method]According to the research methods of the drug standards in the appendix of the Chinese pharmacopoeia,the origin,characteristics,microscopic and thin-layer identification of the medicinal herb C.arachnoidea were carried out.[Result]The morphological characteristics,microstructure,and powder characteristics of C.arachnoidea herb were obvious.Thin layer chromatography detection of ethanol extracts from medicinal herbs β-ecdysone(CK)has corresponding fluorescent spots.[Conclusion]The experimental results can provide a basis for the formulation of quality standards for C.arachnoidea medicinal materials.
