摘要
设施种植业在保障粮食供给与提高农民收入等方面发挥了重要作用,但配套措施落后和集约生产不足等问题也制约着设施种植业的进一步发展.该文通过调研分析了乌拉特前旗设施种植业发展现状、潜在优势及存在问题,提出提升社会化服务水平、提升规模化水平、加大财政与金融扶持力度、充实科技服务与人才支撑等对策建议,以期为相关地区种植业发展提供参考.
Abstract
Facility planting had played an important role in ensuring food supply and increasing farmers'income,but backward supporting measures and insufficient intensive production also restrict the further development of facility planting.Based on this,this paper analyzed the development status,potential advantages and existing problems of facility planting industry in Urat Front Banner through official data and survey visits,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of social service,enhance the scale level,increase financial support,enrich scientific and technological services and talent support.
