茶花"嫁扦同步"一体化快速繁育技术的应用初探

采用嫁接与扦插同步进行的方式进行苗木繁育,可以极大缩短良种生产时间并降低育苗成本.本研究利用油茶树杆同时作为砧木及插条,嫁接茶花并同步进行扦插,详细地从营养土准备、接穗及砧木准备、嫁接及扦插、嫁接扦插后的管理等各技术关键要点进行了研究与介绍,总结了一套茶花"嫁扦同步"一体化繁育技术.以期提高茶花苗木的繁育速度,为草木本园艺快速繁育提供技术支撑.
A Preliminary Study on Application of the Rapid Propagation Technology of Camellia by Simultaneous Grafting and Cutting
Seedling breeding by grafting and cutting simultaneously can greatly shorten the production time of improved varieties and reduce the cost of seedling raising.In this study,Camellia oleifera stems were used as rootstocks and cuttings at the same time,grafting Camellia and cutting at the same time.The key technical points of nutrient soil preparation,scion and rootstock preparation,grafting and cutting,and management after grafting and cutting were studied and introduced in detail,and a set of Camellia'grafting and synchronous'integrated breeding technology was summarized.In order to improve the breeding speed of Camellia seedlings and provide technical support for the rapid breeding of herbaceous horticulture.
