摘要
围绕构建多功能林业发展模式的策略展开讨论,分析多功能林业发展的重要性和现实问题,指出构建多功能林业发展模式的必要性,并从政策支持、科技创新、人才培养和社会参与等方面提出了构建多功能林业发展模式的策略,以期推动多功能林业发展模式的实施和推广,实现林业的可持续发展和生态文明建设的目标.
Abstract
The strategies for constructing a multifunctional forestry development model were discussed.The importance and practical problems of multifunctional forestry development were analyzed,and the necessity of constructing multifunctional forestry development mode was pointed out.From the aspects of policy support,scientific and technological innovation,personnel training and social participation,the strategy of constructing multifunctional forestry development model were put forward,in order to promote the implementation and popularization of multifunctional forestry development model and realize the goal of forestry sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.
