Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Returning Farmland to Forest Project Construction in Xinjiang
Returning farmland to forest is one of the important measures for the construction of ecological civilization in China,and it is also an effective way to solve the ecological environment problems.As an important ecological barrier and ecological function area in China,Xinjiang is of great significance to the work of returning farmland to forest.However,Xinjiang faces a series of problems in the process of returning farmland to forest,such as insufficient attention of local governments,weak technical support,land use conflicts,and imperfect ecological compensation mechanisms.Through the study of the problems existing in the new round of returning farmland to forest in Xinjiang,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,in order to provide reference for the work of returning farmland to forest in Xinjiang.
