Effect of Biological Fungi Combined with Wood Vinegar on the Yield and Quality of Greenhouse Strawberry
[Objective]The aim was to improve the yield and quality of greenhouse strawberries by biological fungi combined with wood vinegar.[Method]A field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of biobactericide combined with wood vinegar and single spraying on the growth, yield, quality and storage properties of strawberry.[Result]The results showed that both the composite microbial agent and wood vinegar solution could increase strawberry yield and improve quality, and the mixed spraying effect of the two was better. The combination of biological agents and wood vinegar solution increased the net photosynthetic rate of strawberry leaves by 31.3%during the fruit expansion period, increased the yield by 25.7%,increased the single fruit weight by 26.3%,decreased the coefficient of variation of fruit weight by 11.9 percentage points, decreased the decay rate by 18.2 percentage points, decreased the hardness change value by 56.5%,and decreased the sugar-acid ratio change value by 25.3%after 6 days of storage.[Conclusion]The combination of composite microbial agents and wood vinegar can promote strawberry's growth, improve strawberry's yield, quality, and storage properties.
