Effect of Hormones on Propagation of Cuttings of Narcissus tazetta
[Objective]The aim to study the effects of different hormone ratios on the cutting and propagation ability of Narcissus tazetta.[Method]The bulbs of three N.tazetta varieties,Yulinglong,Golden Sun and Autumn Pearl were processed with different concentrations of 6-BA and KT,respectively,to calculate the propagation of different N.tazetta.[Result]The cutting ability of different varieties of N.tazetta was significantly different, and the ability of Yulinglong to produce small bulbs after cutting was stronger than Golden Sun.The use of exogenous hormones 6-BA and KT could effectively improve the propagation coefficient of the three N.tazetta varieties bulbs cut, among which 25 mg/L 6-BA+10 mg/L KT treatment Yulinglong was better, and the multiplication of small bulbs was 1.98 times that of the control.50 mg/L 6-BA+10 mg/L KT showed higher reproductive coefficients of Golden Sun and Autumn Pearl bulbs, which were 2.00 times and 2.21 times of the control, respectively.[Conclusion]Hormones would improve the reproduction efficiency of N.tazetta and speed up the popularization and application of N.tazetta.
