Effect of Ozone Water on Mycelia Growth of Agaricus bisporus
[Objective]The aim was to investigate the effects of different ozone levels on mycelial growth of Agaricus bisporus during its growth and development.[Method]Taking A.bisporus strain W192 as the research object, the mycelia growth and the incidence of miscellaneous bacteria were compared in the culture medium with different ozone water content(0-100%ozone water proportion).[Result]Ozone water can significantly promote the growth of mycelia of A.bisporus:the mycelia of A.bisporus in the cultivation medium with higher ozone water content is more dense, the growth rate is faster, and the incidence of hybrid bacteria is lower. When the proportion of ozone water was 100%,the growth rate of mycelium was 5.65 mm/d,and the full bottle time was 20 days, and the incidence of heterobacteria was the lowest(13.3%).[Conclusion]The method of using ozone water instead of ordinary tap water to make the cultivation substrate of A.bisporus is feasible, practical and worth popularizing.
