Climatic Suitability Zoning of Facility Overwintering Tomato Planting in Fuzhou based on GIS
[Objective]The aim was to make the refined climatic suitability zoning map of overwintering tomato cultivation in Fuzhou city.[Method]Based on the climate data of 67 national meteorological observation stations in Fujian province from 1981 to 2018 and the data of winter freezing disaster from 1991 to 2018,the active accumulated temperature of≥10℃in winter(December to February of the following year),average temperature and sunshine hours were used as the climatic resource indicators of overwintering tomatoes. The extreme low temperature in winter with 80%guarantee rate and the average daily minimum temperature in winter were selected to construct the cold and freezing risk index of overwintering tomatoes. The geographical model of zoning index was established by statistical method, and the climate suitability of overwintering tomato in Fuzhou was divided by ArcGIS spatial analysis and multi-layer composite method.[Result]The climate suitable areas for overwintering tomato cultivation in Fuzhou were mainly distributed in the low flat areas of Changle and Fuqing. The sub-suitable areas were the low-level areas along the Minjiang River in Minhou and Minqing, and some areas of Luoyuan and Lianjiang. The unsuitable areas were mainly distributed in the middle and high altitude mountainous areas of Jin'an,Minhou,Lianjiang,Luoyuan,Minqing,Yongtai,Fuqing and Changle.[Conclusion]This study can provide reference for planning the production layout of overwintering tomato in Fuzhou.
