Study on Influencing of Trehalose and Cenchrus fungigraminus Clippings on Liquid Culture for Dictyophora rubrovalvata
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and culture conditions on the growth of Dictyophora rubra in liquid medium,in order to establish an efficient liquid culture system for D.rubrovalvata.[Method]Using the solid mycelium of D.rubrovalvata as the object, the effect of liquid culture was investigated by measuring the mycelial growth rate in liquid medium with different carbon and nitrogen sources and mycelium pellet recovery growth rate in the new culture medium.[Result]The results showed that in liquid culture, pre cultivation of inoculum blocks for 6-8 days facilitates the mycelial formation and growth. The most suitable carbon source for mycelial growth was trehalose, when its application concentration was 2.5%,the mycelial growth and the recovery growth ability were higher than those of other sugar treatments used. The most suitable nitrogen sources for mycelial growth was peptone and Cenchrus fungigraminus clippings. The mycelial growth rate of the recovery growth ability of liquid culture mycelium on the cultivation medium reached 0.7 g/L and 100%,respectively,in liqiud medium with protein peptone 2.0 g/L+giant fungus grass powder 70.0 g/L.[Conclusion]The research provided references value for the application of liquid bacterial strains in D.rubrovalvata and other edible mushrooms.
