Jiyuan city is located in the southern foot of the Taihang Mountains.The summer climate in the mountainous area is cool and the temperature difference between day and night is large,which is conducive to the accumulation of nutrients in fruit and vegetable crops and is suitable for the growth and planting of summer tomatoes.By developing the selenium-rich tomato industry in the mountains,it can increase the economic income of mountain farmers and promote rural revitalization.The high-efficiency cultivation techniques of selenium-enriched tomato in high mountains were summarized from the aspects of variety selection,seedling raising,planting,artificial selenium supplementation,field management,pest control and harvesting and storage,so as to provide reference for growers.
