Effect of Selenium Fertilizer on Selenium Content and Quality of Grape Fruit
Taking 8-year-old summer black grape as test material, different amounts of selenium fertilizer were applied at different growth stages to explore the variation of fruit selenium content and quality. The results showed that the selenium content of summer black grape fruit increased significantly with the increase of selenium fertilizer application, and the detection results were consistent with the content standard of selenium rich fruit. With the increase of fertilization, the selenium content in fruits increased by 0.012 mg/kg and 0.026 mg/kg,respectively.With the increase of selenium application, the soluble solid content, soluble sugar content and l(+)-ascorbic acid content of fruits also increased, but the total acid content decreased.
