Discussion on the Pruning and Shaping of Garden Plants
Pruning and shaping of landscaping trees is a very important technical measure in the cultivation of landscaping trees.The landscape ornamental value of garden trees is usually reflected by tree shape and tree posture.The ecological value of garden plant greening is mainly improved by the structure of trees.Garden plants need continuous pruning and normal maintenance to maintain a a good viewing effect for a long time.This paper introduced the concept,function,principle and period of garden plant shaping and pruning,and discussed the common shapes of garden plants,in order to provide reference for garden science and technology workers and garden amateurs.
