摘要

[目的]探索黑穗醋栗露地越冬枝条死亡机制和解决死亡的技术措施.[方法]以茶藨子属植物野生种和栽培品种楔叶茶藨子、长白茶藨子、香茶藨子、东北茶藨子和欧洲黑穗醋栗'黑珍珠'为试验材料,进行枝条解剖试验.[结果]由MOTIC BA400 显微照相得出,野生种细胞小而排列整齐,栽培品种露地越冬,在 3 月中旬枝条导管细胞破裂,形成与外界直接联通的通道,造成枝条水分不可逆,流失而死亡.[结论]该试验结果为黑穗醋栗安全越冬及其栽培技术提供了理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective]The wild species and cultivars of Ribes nigrum L.were used as samples to explore the death mechanism and technical measures to solve the death.[Method]The perennial of branch anatomy were used of R.diacantha Pall,R.komarovii var.komarovii,R.odoratum H.L.Wendl.,R.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kom.,R.nigrum'Ben Lomand'.[Result]MOTIC BA400 micrography showed that the cells of wild species were small and well arranged.The cultivated varieties of the uncoered branch vessel cells was broke down and formed channels directly connected with the outside overwintering in the middle of March,the branches was resulting in irreversible water loss and death.[Conclusion]It would provide theoretical basis for the safe overwintering and cultivation technology of R.nigrum L.
